If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please send your request at quebec@gel.ulaval.ca indicating your paper number (if any), the title of your paper (if any),  your full affiliation with address (to mail you the letter).

Allow enough time to mail you the hard copy and make your visa request to the authorities.
